This 5,500 square foot Shingle-Style home, built by SMART Builders, Inc. and designed by H. Gary Frank Architects is located just a few blocks from Lake Michigan in the Chicago North Shore Village of Wilmette. The exterior features include solid stained Western Red Cedar shingles, classic gables, a turret, and a gently curved roofline arching over the entrance.

The entrance draws you in with architectural pillars that rise above stacked American Field Stone and invite you to enjoy a few quiet moments on the Blue Stone porch. The design-build team at SMART Builders, Inc. collaborated on the interior finishes of this luxury custom-built home in Wilmette with Ilene Chase of Ilene Chase Design in Highland Park. Custom Wood-Mode Cabinets, Miele, and Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances were designed and installed by Abruzzo Kitchens and Bath.
