June 2, 2021As you may know, there are many phases to new home construction. The rough mechanical phase is in process currently. Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC subcontractors are working inside of this Wilmette custom home installing everything located behind the drywall. This includes the piping, tubing, wiring, and venting products to facilitate the air handlers, faucets, toilets, drains, lighting, and switches throughout the home. Upon completion of the rough mechanical phase and approved inspections, the house is ready for insulation.
For the exterior, windows, exterior brick, and roof shingles will be installed soon!
