New Custom Home – 801 N. Hickory, Arlington Heights

SMART Construction Group begins their next project. A new custom home has begun at 801 N. Hickory, Arlington Heights. The custom home will be approximately 3600 square feet with a finished basement.  It will feature the latest in kitchen and bath design.  The unique 3-car garage set up has a 2 car sideload and a 1 car front load garage.  The broken up garage set-up helps lessen the intensity of multiple or large garage structures on a front elevation of a home.  SMART Construction Group, Ltd. worked closely with the homeowner and the architecture firm of Lira & Associates, Architects to design the home.
